CHINA, Beijing — December 5, 2005 — ROOTS Communications has officially signed a new distribution agreement with Aeroflex Incorporated, a multi-faceted high-technology company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets a diverse range of microelectronic and test and measurement products, with effect of 1st November 2005.
This is an extension as the Companies has existing distributor Agreement for Singapore and Brunei.
ROOTS Communications has been successfully selling test and measurement equipment for Military, Aerospace, Manufacturing, System Integrators and Telco Operators. With this distribution agreement in place, the Company is strengthening its business position in the Test & Measurement Industry within the rapid growing China market.
Under the terms of the agreement, ROOTS Communications will be non-exclusive distributor for whole range of Aeroflex’s products in China, and as exclusive distributor for PMR Test for Utilities, Security & Safety sector.
“Aeroflex has a good range of products that are well regarded by Manufacturing sectors, Telco operators as well as in the Aerospace industries. With this appointment by Aeroflex, we are poised to further extend our reach into the Chinese markets,” stated Mr. Koh Nai Lip, the General Manager of ROOTS Communications.
