FLS-2300B ASE Broadband Source
With its remarkable spectral density stability, the cost-effective FLS-2300B is an excellent source for fast and reliable characterization of high-loss DWDM passive components such as thin film filters, arrayed waveguides and fiber Bragg gratings. With the FLS-2300B there is no need to perform a reference at every measurement, which saves you time on the production floor.
When compared to LED, super-LED or other ASE sources available on the market, the FLS-2300B has the highest power density. The result—a higher dynamic range when measuring a passive device with an optical spectrum analyzer. Make use of the wide wavelength range from 1530 nm to 1600 nm with the high spectral density of –8 dBm/nm.

FLS-2200 Broadband Source
The high-power, SLED-based FLS-2200 Broadband Source family covers all the bands needed for telecommunications applications. It provides a broader spectral range and more spectral density in a singlemode fiber than a white light source. The highly stable FLS-2200 is ideal for broadband applications, CWDM network testing, CWDM and PON component manufacturing and testing, as well as fiber-optic sensing and spectroscopy.

FLS-2100 Light Source
The FLS-2100 offers a steady drive circuitry that maximizes optical output power and maintains excellent stability, while precision optical components ensure efficient low-loss, narrow-beam output coupling.
This benchtop light source features an exceptional selection of single- or dual-wavelength, singlemode and multimode light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and Fabry-Perot lasers. This source is an essential building block in many test stations, whether for IL, ORL or PDL measurements of broadband components. The FLS-2100’s ORL option enables optimal return loss measurements at 1310, 1550 or 1625 nm.
