6970 RF Power Meters

The 6970 RF Power Meter provides precision microwave power measurements in a hand portable battery powered package. A wide range of user features, including duty cycle, relative power measurements and limit checking, make the 6970 power meter highly versatile. The same wide range of power sensors used with the 6960B power meter and 6200B series microwave test sets are used by the 6970. The 6970 is designed for both bench and field use.

6960B RF Power Meters

The 6960B RF Power Meter is a high accuracy instrument which together with its associated power sensors provides measurements at frequencies from 30 kHz up to 46 GHz over a wide range of power levels. Its numeric keyboard enables easy manual control while full GPIB implementation with SRQ mask and trigger modes make it the logical choice for fast ATE systems.
